【NOTES ABOUT THE TICKETS】
■ The venue admission order will be: 1F Standing (w/exclusive merch) → 2F Reserved Seats (w/exclusive merch) → 1F Standing → 2F Reserved Seats → Limited-View Rear Area.
Please note that, depending on the venues’ layout, entrance routes may differ between the 1F and 2F areas.
■ Admission to the 1F Standing area and Limited-View Rear Area will be in ticket number order.
■ Tickets for the Limited-View Rear Area will be available starting from the general sale.
■ The Limited-View Rear Area tickets will be for the rear part of the 1F floor or the rear seats on the 2F.
Please note that some stage elements and parts of the performance may be difficult to see.
The area may be adjusted by the organizer depending on ticket sales and venue configuration.
■ Exclusive merchandise will be distributed at the venue on the day of the performance only. Eligible ticket holders will receive one item per ticket.
The merchandise cannot not be shipped at a later date. Also, it cannot be picked up by individuals who do not possess the applicable ticket.
■ Children above 3 years of age will need a ticket to enter the venue. Children under 3 years of age will not be admitted.
■ The staff may guide guests attending with small children in Standing area tickets to a designated safety area.
Please note that the safety area may be located toward the rear of the audience floor, and some stage elements and parts of the performance may be difficult to see.
■ Re-entry is not permitted.
■ Please note that we may take photos and video footage inside the venue and publish them.
■ Please note that refunds will not be issued except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the show. By purchasing tickets, you agree with this policy.
