・All seats are reserved. To prevent issues, please refrain from exchanging seats with other guests, including during the performance and set changes.
・For seats located near aisles, please note that staff and equipment may pass beside your seat due to set change arrangements.
・Please refrain from wearing items that may obstruct the view of guests behind you, such as large hats or head pieces.
　For performances where standing viewing is allowed, please also refrain from attending in footwear that adds significant height, such as platform shoes or boots.
・Those entering with a “MASKED VIP” ticket will undergo ID verification for the purchaser. Accompanying guests must enter together with the purchaser.
※If either the purchaser or accompanying guest will be arriving late, please notify staff before the doors open.

◎If you have an ID document with a photo, please bring one of the following.
Please ensure that it includes your date of birth.

(2) Driver’s license
(3) Student ID with photo (handwritten names are acceptable)
(4) My Number Card
※Copies are not accepted. Please bring the original document.

◎If you do not have any of the above (1–4), we will verify your identity with two documents showing your printed name: (a) below and one of your choice between (b)–(d).
※Handwritten documents are not accepted.
Please ensure that your Health Insurance Eligibility Confirmation Document includes your date of birth.
(a) Health Insurance Eligibility Confirmation Document (required)
(b) Certificate of Residence
(c) Payment statement for utilities, etc.
(d) Two or more credit cards showing your name

If you do not have any of the above stated documents, or if the information on your ID (name/photo) does not match the information of the person attending the event, you will not be allowed to enter the venue regardless of the reason.

Please note that ticket refunds or any other reimbursements will not be provided in such cases.
